We believe strong leadership advancement is catapulted through personal development. It involves the willingness to look inside and face the reality of ourselves. Our Executive Coaching is a personal development process that takes an open mind, patience, honesty and persistence. It is a process that is ongoing. Our relationship with an executive team may span 6 months to a year and more. We do not follow a strict curriculum. Instead we provide a highly customized process that is tailored to the specific needs of each Leader and their team combined with the goals of the organization. We base this process on our years of work in the field and practical application of the most advanced coaching methods for leadership development.

Our approach involves partnering with Senior Leaders to design the process around their particular work environment, personal challenges, lifestyle, and organizational needs.

The structure of our Executive Coaching process is also customized to realistically accommodate schedules, professional timelines and organizational goals. It consists of one on one meetings conducted over the phone and/or in person. It also can involve meeting as a group. At times, we may provide classes on the principles of leadership and/or departmental workshops to increase alignment of organizational strategies and visions. Together, we design the structure of the executive coaching process to be as efficient and productive as possible.
