Meet the Founder
Dena is the Founder and President of Resolutions, a national coaching and training firm established in 1997, specializing in leadership development. Resolutions uses a blended learning approach consisting of one-on-one executive coaching, team coaching, assessment tools, LIVE workshops and training programs, e-learning, customized services and teleclasses. Resolutions partners with organizations to build leadership effectiveness through communication, conflict management, team building, strengthening relationships etc.
Dena is former Director of Corporate Services for the Institute for Professional Empowerment Coaching (IPEC) as well as a graduate and instructor/facilitator for their professional coaching certification programs. She is certified by Genos and Swineburne University in Australia as a facilitator for the Emotional Intelligence 360 Assessment Development Program and accredited to train the trainer on this program also. Additional certifications include Corporate Stress Management Consultant with the International Association for Counselors and Therapists, Certified Employment Training Specialists by UC San Francisco and a Performance Enhancement Specialist through the National Federation of Neurolinguistic Psychology (NFNLP). Dena continues her studies with the Institute for Advanced Neuro-Research and Education in NYC, Anthony Robbins teachings and technologies and The Center for Strategic Intervention, another Anthony Robbins company. (Anthony Robbins is one of the world's foremost authorities on leadership psychology, organizational turnaround, and peak performance.)
Dena's professional affiliations include memberships and/or presenter for the International Coach Federation (ICF), the Anthony Robbins Graduate Community, NJ Governors Initiatives, American Woman's Society for CPA's; NAFA; Healthcare Business Woman's Association; ISA, The International Trade Zone Alliance; Human Capital Institute; IT Coaches SIG; several health care systems, school boards and more. Dena is the creator and facilitator for the yearly Warren County Chamber Leadership Retreat, Adjunct professor at County College of Morris, Executive Coach and speaker for CIO Summits and forums for organizations including CIO Decisions Magazine/Tech Target and Marcus Evans Events. Dena is also a member of the NY Power Team and the Entrepreneurship Mastermind Group.
Currently, Dena spends most of her business days directly assisting corporate leaders with enhancing their effectiveness and developing their teams and managing the Resolutions Team of executive level certified coaches and trainers.
