Part III: Development
1. 4 full days of LIVE training over a period of approximately 6 months + 1 tele-class 2. Peer Group meetings 3. Executive Coaching for leaders of participants 4. Option: Web based training |
Part IV: Follow Up
6 months after the completion of this program we reconvene for a half day follow up session for participant accountability and to measure results |
