David Matthew Prior
David Matthew Prior, a Master Certified Coach (MCC), specializes in business and executive coaching. He collaborates with leaders to reconcile career integrity, navigate organizational politics, leverage interpersonal communications and fortify leadership presence and power. David is able to quickly coach a client’s gut instinct into action.
David is a leader in the professional coaching world. He is Co-Chair of the International Coach Federation (ICF) Ethics & Standards Committee and serves as a Vice President on the ICF Board of Directors. He has been featured as a Coach on CNBC Business News and has written numerous articles on the coaching profession’s ethics and standards. Formerly a Trust and Financial Planning Officer with Chase Bank, along with an MBA from Thunderbird in international business, he left his blue suit to enroll in and graduate from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, NY, and wound up teaching improvisation skills for 8 years to professional actors at the Michael Howard Studios in New York City. He is a member of the coaching faculty at NYU (New York University) where he teaches the Foundations of Coaching, and the Coaches Walk the Talk Program, and at the University of Texas-Dallas where he teaches the Ethics and Standards of Coaching for the Executive and Professional Coach Training Program.
David's love for other cultures and fluency in Spanish have allowed him to contribute to professional coaching in the Spanish-speaking world through his roles as a Trainer and Program Director for Olacoach, an international coach training organization based in Madrid.

Heather Clarke-Peckerman
Heather is an organization development consultant specializing in organizational design and development, training, and individual/team development. She holds a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. Heather has over thirteen years of management experience and has occupied a management role for several different types of organizations and industries.
She has consulted for a number of major corporations such as: AT&T Capital Corporation, Compaq Financial Services, CIT Group, Atlantic Health Systems, Newcourt Financial Corporation, Secura Insurance Company, and Phoenix Marketing Group (Access Worldwide). Heather has also worked with local municipalities, religious institutions (Archdiocese of Newark - Catholic Cemeteries), colleges and other non-profit organizations (March of Dimes).
Heather has developed several training programs on leadership, process improvement, diversity, time management, coaching, Myers-Briggs Type Indicatory (MBTI), train-the-trainer, supervisory skills, customer service, communication skills, conflict resolution, writing skills, presentation skills, project management, mentoring, promotable skills and team development. She has presented to, trained and developed all levels of employees.
She has worked out of the Continuing Education Departments at Bergen Community College and County College of Morris. She has received a Certificate in Management from the American Management Association and is certified to deliver Achieve Global/Zenger Miller Leadership Series, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Take Charge of your Career, Lominger 360 Degree Feedback and Path of Dialogue. An accomplished public speaker, Dave is the Division Governor of nearly all the Toastmasters International chapters in Baltimore City, an organization known worldwide as the pre-eminent leader in communication and leadership development.
He is also the founder and leader of the Baltimore Washington PowerTeam, a non-profit volunteer organization that meets monthly in the Mid-Atlantic area for professional and self-development meetings as well as community service initiatives. Dave's passion for service is also reflected in his work with numerous organizations and charities including the Speakers Advisory Board of the Maryland Business Roundtable, the home for abused children at St. Vincent's Center and his leadership in a corporate initiative dedicated to tutoring 1st graders in reading skills. Because of this long legacy of service, Dave was honored with the Drum Major Community Achiever Award, presented by Congressman Elijah Cummings and Maryland Governor Martin O'Malley in January of 2007.
Dave is also a 2nd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and is currently working on developing books, CDs and video projects.
Janet M. Neal
Janet M. Neal has more than 25 years experience in both private and public sector environments. Ms. Neal held a variety of positions during her 19-year tenure at IBM, exceeding expectations yearly and achieving several distinctive sales honors. The majority of her tenure was spent assisting her pharmaceutical clients in designing business solutions either on a departmental level or across nations and cultures. She left IBM to become Vice President, Sales and Marketing at a small services company with offerings for the pharmaceutical industry.
While at IBM, Ms. Neal became the first IBM sales representative in the Northeast to hold that position on a part-time basis, paving the way for countless others. She pioneered both quality and work/life balance initiatives at IBM, bringing focus to the needs of working parents and establishing ongoing initiatives to assist in helping them to become more productive employees.
Ms. Neal graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BS in Education from Central Michigan University and has completed graduate level course work at both the University of Vermont and Harvard Business School. She is a Certified Empowerment Coach, completing her training through iPEC Coaching, and specializes in helping working parents find balance in their life. She is a mother of three children and enjoys family activities, travel, dance and personal growth initiatives.
Katherine L. Poehnert
Katherine L. Poehnert is a professionally certified executive coach, focusing her individual client market on helping leaders, particularly women, in the corporate environment access success by supporting them in clarifying their emotional value systems and honoring their authentic selves. Robin Gardner, CEC

Most recently, Jill served as the Founding Director of the Southeast Regional Office for IPEC Coaching, training individuals from across the country to become certified professional coaches.
